Welcome to PrintPros Inc. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website located at printprosinc.com and our print and promotional product services. By placing an order or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.
โ By using our services or submitting an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.
1. Services
PrintPros Inc. provides custom printing and promotional product services including but not limited to business cards, flyers, banners, apparel, drinkware, packaging, and branded merchandise. All orders are subject to availability and our production capacity.
2. Orders & Payment
Order Acceptance
All orders are subject to acceptance by PrintPros Inc. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. An order is not confirmed until you receive a written confirmation from us.
Pricing
Prices are subject to change without notice. The price quoted at the time of order confirmation is the price you will be charged. Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
Payment
Payment is due in full before production begins unless a credit account has been established. We accept all major credit cards, ACH bank transfers, and checks. Rush orders require payment confirmation before production can start.
Taxes
Applicable sales tax will be added to orders shipped to Idaho and other applicable states. Tax-exempt customers must provide a valid exemption certificate.
3. Artwork & File Requirements
Customer-Supplied Artwork
You are responsible for supplying print-ready artwork that meets our file specifications. We recommend:
- PDF, AI, EPS, PNG, or JPG format
- Minimum 300 DPI resolution
- 0.125" bleed on all sides
- CMYK color mode for accurate color matching
- All fonts outlined or embedded
Proofing
We provide a digital proof before production on most orders. You must approve the proof in writing before we proceed. Once approved, you accept full responsibility for the content and appearance of the final printed product. We are not liable for errors approved by the customer.
Color Accuracy
Colors may vary between digital proofs and printed output due to differences in monitor calibration and printing processes. We are not responsible for color variations that fall within industry-standard tolerances.
4. Intellectual Property & Copyright
By submitting artwork, logos, or other content to PrintPros Inc., you represent and warrant that:
- You own or have the legal right to use all submitted content
- Your content does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights
- Your content does not contain unlawful, obscene, or offensive material
- You have obtained all necessary licenses, permissions, and releases
PrintPros Inc. reserves the right to refuse any order that we believe infringes on intellectual property rights or contains unlawful content. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PrintPros Inc. from any claims arising from content you submit.
5. Production & Turnaround Times
Standard turnaround times begin after proof approval and payment confirmation. Stated turnaround times are estimates and not guarantees. PrintPros Inc. is not liable for delays caused by:
- Delays in artwork submission or proof approval
- Incomplete or incorrect order information
- Acts of God, shipping carrier delays, or circumstances beyond our control
- Equipment failures or supplier delays
Rush orders are available for an additional fee and are subject to production capacity at the time of order.
6. Shipping & Delivery
We ship via UPS, FedEx, and USPS. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays, damage, or loss caused by shipping carriers.
For shipping damage claims, you must notify us within 5 business days of delivery and retain all packaging materials for inspection.
7. Returns, Reprints & Refunds
Our Quality Guarantee
If we make an error in production that differs from your approved proof, we will reprint the order at no charge. Claims must be submitted within 10 business days of delivery.
Customer Errors
We are unable to offer refunds or free reprints for errors in customer-supplied artwork that were present in the approved proof, including but not limited to: spelling errors, incorrect information, low-resolution images, or incorrect dimensions.
Refunds
Refunds are issued at our discretion and only for orders that have not entered production. Orders cancelled after production begins are subject to a cancellation fee based on work completed.
Overruns & Underruns
Industry standard allows for up to 10% overrun or underrun on quantity orders. You will be billed for actual quantity shipped.
8. SMS Terms
By providing your mobile phone number and consenting to SMS communications, you agree to receive text messages from PrintPros Inc. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP. Message and data rates may apply. See our Privacy Policy for full SMS terms.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PrintPros Inc.'s total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or business interruption.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless PrintPros Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from your use of our services, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Ada County, Idaho.
12. Dispute Resolution
Before initiating any legal action, you agree to contact us in good faith to attempt to resolve the dispute. Most concerns can be resolved quickly by contacting us at info@printprosinc.com or (844) 841-1719.
13. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
14. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
15. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and PrintPros Inc. regarding our services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
